Disclaimer: Mobile Mechanic Will always use OEM/OEE Lifetime Warranty Parts when possible, in some instances this is not possible or practical. Mobile Mechanic Nearby May use Aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OE specification.
Due to the influx of poorly made and poorly fitting customer supplied parts, Mobile Mechanic Nearby is solely responsible for correct installation of customer supplied parts, and will not offer free diagnosis, repair, or follow up service on Customer supplied parts. If the part does not solve the customer's issue, Mobile Mechanic Nearby offers no warranty or guarantee that the part will last for any period of time. If the customer chooses to use their own parts, It is the customer's responsibility to supply Mobile Mechanic Nearby with every part and supply (Gaskets, hardware, sealants, fluids, etc.) necessary to complete the job. Otherwise Mobile Mechanic Nearby can't guarantee successful installation, nor longevity of the install. Mobile Mechanic Nearby Requires all complaints of customer supplied parts installs be submitted within 24hrs  of the installation. Otherwise a new diagnostic will need to be booked. If the Technician finds that the issue is the fault of our installation, we will apply the diagnostic fee to any repairs necessary or refund the customer at Mobile Mechanic Nearby's Discretion. On Customer Supplied parts calls, Mobile Mechanic Nearby will only verify that the supplied part will fit prior to beginning the work.  On Some parts/vehicles, it may require starting the repair to find out that the part does or does not fit.  Mobile Mechanic Nearby  is only responsible for correct installation of customer supplied parts, and will inform the customer at the first sign of issue with installing parts. If customer supplied parts do not fit, Mobile Mechanic Nearby retains the right to bill for any time spent attempting to install the parts. Mobile Mechanic Nearby is not responsible for ensuring aesthetic match, design, or quality control issues on customer supplied parts. For body panel replacement or collision repair, if any related lights are illuminated, Mobile Mechanic Nearby will note them and inform the customer before proceeding with installation.   When Mobile Mechanic Nearby provides parts, we will always attempt to provide parts with a lifetime warranty when applicable. In order to provide the best service, Mobile Mechanic Nearby maintains the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. In order to offer the best customer experience, Mobile Mechanic Nearby retains the right to keep customer keys until the outstanding balance has been paid. Failure to pay for one business week will result in the maximum legal interest rate to be applied to the outstanding balance. If the customer requires their key to be delivered once the bill is paid, Mobile Mechanic Nearby retains the right to charge a reasonable service fee of $75 for delivery.  Mobile Mechanic Nearby will always attempt an initial inspection of any vehicle we work on.

Call out and Diagnosis are recommended before any repair service.  However if the customer waives a Mobile Mechanic Nearby diagnosis prior to repairs, Mobile Mechanic Nearby will not offer free diagnosis following repair; even in incidents where the repair does not solve the customer issue. Mobile Mechanic Nearby will not rely on diagnosis from other mechanics/shops to verify an issue. When Mobile Mechanic Nearby offers a diagnosis on a vehicle it is for the issue described to the technician. For issues involving fluids or electrical problems, the customer acknowledges that both issues follow the path of least resistance, and therefore one remedy may reveal another underlying issue. The technician will attempt to inform customer of likelihood that other issues are present at the time of diagnosis.

** Due to the nature of pre purchase inspections, we will not put hard tools to a vehicle we are inspecting. For this reason, sometimes it will not be possible for our technicians to offer an exact measurement on the vehicle. We will provide a visual inspection and best possible notes in those events. For any Consigned or publicly available vehicles, we recommend placing a deposit on the vehicle you intend us to inspect. If the vehicle sells prior to our inspection, Mobile Mechanic Nearby tm does not offer refunds. We will honor the deposit for 1 week for the customer to find a new vehicle within a reasonable distance no more than 5 miles) of the initial vehicle.

Clients agree to hold harmless Mobile Mechanic Nearby TM of any damages, liabilities, or other penalties. Any Legal concerns will be handled by third party arbitrator.
Due to the mobile nature of appointments no refunds will be offered on missed, forfeited, or cancelled appointments. Mobile Mechanic Nearby tm requires at least 48 business hrs for all rescheduling requests.
